creating a new bathing experience for the high end bathroom market, incorporating both a sink and bath
I began the project by creating two dimensional and three dimensional abstractions, from there I transformed these ideas into usable products. To do this I researched bathroom space usage by looking into actual bathrooms and taking note of the way their users lived with them.
But how does it work?
(1.) This cylinder is the water nozzle. By twisting it, the bather controls the volume of water output.
(2.) This cylinder controls the temperature of the water.
Water can be directed into the sink depression (3.) or the bath tub (4.).
(5.) Water flows to the bottom of the basin then pours into the catcher below where it drains.
