In 2015, I worked for two months as an Assistant Designer at the Swift Group in Cottingham and helped secure an order of over £5 million. Bourne Leisure, the owners of Haven and Butlins, asked local holiday home companies to design and pitch their ideas for new coastal themed holiday homes to be put in their sea side parks. I worked with the advanced design team at Swift Group to create six different interiors for Bourne. I created mood boards for all six designs, setting the concepts and colour schemes. After discussion with the Design Director and Senior Designer, I then went on to create all of the fabric and cushion designs as well as graphics that ran through the spaces. I was also asked to create exterior signage and worked with a 3d graphics company to complete them and get samples made.
