Proctor Station, Tacoma, WA
A Mixed-Use 151 Residential project planned for the Historic Proctor District of Tacoma. My role on this project was Lead Project BIM Designer. The Model was built as a preliminary design with generic walls and massing and then refined and coordinated for the final Construction Documents submitted to the City of Tacoma and currently under construction.
