hot peppers main colorway1 - This repeat stemmed from stamping an impression of a green bell pepper. I just pushed it further through drawing the shapes that I saw. I developed it with NedGraphics Texcelle. This is 2x1in. half drop of pepper main hot (warm) colorway.

sweetooth lollipops - I originally created this repeat design by hand with an octagonal striped background, but I couldn't get it to work within Illustrator. I hope to revisit it to achieve that. The colors seem to be a bit off here. I created this with children in mind; and how I have had an insatiable appetite for sweets since I was a child. I thought of old fashioned lollipops when I created this pattern with a few gumballs mixed in. I created this in Illustrator.
sweetooth bubblegum diamond - I initially executed this design by hand and colored it with Prismacolor markers. Though I also wanted a digital design, so I scanned the original in and recreated it in Illustrator. This is the original version - a diamond half-drop repeat. The light gray should actually be silver, however it doesn't translate well on a computer screen. Just as the sweetooth lollipops design this was created with old fashioned candy, taffy and gumballs in mind. The colors seem to be a bit off here, too.
sweetooth bubblegum no.2 - I initially executed this design by hand and colored it with Prismacolor markers. However I decided to also have a digital design, so I scanned the original in and redesigned it Adobe Illustrator. This is the second version or a straight repeat. The light gray should be silver, however it doesn't translate well on a computer screen.
Snowballs of a different color - I created this pattern in Illustrator. It was loosely based on the idea of snowballs. I intentionally added more colors beyond the standard blues of winter to make the pattern more playful. The circles were redrawn on the computer after scanning in the hand-drawn sketch. I only created one colorway, however I intend to revisit it to develop additional ones. I created it to be a multipurpose design as far as its end use, including scrapbook paper, stationery, clothing and possibly bathroom decor.
Starmint flowers - This full repeat pattern was executed in Illustrator. It initially started as a drawing that I scanned in and reworked within Illustrator. The idea came from the starmints that are often offered as after dinner mints.
cool dancing flowers - up 'n' down - I made three versions of this design: this one, one with outlines and a third where all of the flowers are pointing in one direction. this was executed in NedGraphics Texcelle.

warm dancing flowers - up 'n' down outlined - I initially scanned in a hand-drawn sketch and reworked it in Texcelle to develop this pattern. I created several colorways for it.

brisk winter snow colorway1 - This original repeat pattern design was created by initially drawing the pattern out by hand, then scanning it into Texcelle and modifying it in the program. This is the original colorway, which is part of a collection based on the seasons. snow is in my handwriting. Smaller scale
brisk winter snow colorway1 - Here is a zoomed-in version of the brisk winter snow repeat pattern design. I intentionally used several snowflake designs. The font choice for the word snow was hand-drawn by me and cleaned up in Texcelle and Photoshop.
