Elvis Costello - 2011 US Tour
Imagine my surprise when the voice on the other end of the phone asked "Are you the Jeremy Thom who designed the Song Wheel 27 years ago? I want to take it on tour it again." ... The wheel in question was built in 1983 for a European tout and had an array of swappable song titles which could be changed daily to reflect the set list for the night. Audience members were asked up on stage to spin the wheel and wherever it stopped that was the next song. ... The version in 2011 had exactly the same requirements.
