Social Media & Community Management

I recently served as the social media and community manager for Zimbra, a social community software organization. I managed all of the public-facing networks for the organization, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more. I also managed the branded community space where customers gathered to get product and peer-to-peer support. I've included a few examples of my response style, plus some community blog posts I wrote to help build the bridge between customers and the organization.
