This piece was inspired by the colors of a butterfly. In our reality, a butterfly is considered such a beautiful, extraordinary being. It is strange to think of a butterfly as a mundane thing. Thus, my goal with this piece was to place the butterfly in an environment that was equally as visually appealing as the insect itself.
