I learned how to capture food to make it look good enough to eat. There is an art to capturing food in a way that makes one want to eat it. The lighting of it is very important and simple backgrounds make the food stand out more.

I wanted to capture the simplicity of this bread. I am inspired by food photographers and the unique way they capture food. I wanted to attempt to do the same. So this project was a good experience to practice with.

The simple background makes the bread stand out. It enhances the look of the subject and makes the photo look so much better. I wanted to have the bread in a different position than just a typical top shot.
