BEFORE: The original foyer built and decorated in 1992. The space has very good architectural bones, it just needed a face lift.
AFTER: A new coat of paint, new carpet, and slate tiles added to the wall made the space look clean and modern.
BEFORE: The original reception desk. This unit was replaced by a new one.
AFTER: The new reception desk. The upholstered wall behind was also replaced. Rather then segmented squares, a clean single fabric wall treatment was applied and the company logo was feature prominently.
BEFORE: The executive floor hallway.
AFTER: The remodeled hallway (The project commenced at Christmas time, hence the large poinsettia, a gift from a client). The original wood trim work was cleaned and polished, and along with new paint and carpet, the entire ceiling grid was replaced and all new light fixtures installed.
BEFORE: The original conference room. The multicolored carpet was quite stylish in the early 90's but had grown to look very dated. The large granite tables and over sized traditional-style chairs were also giving the room an outdated look.
BEFORE: This carpet was probably very expensive and stylish 20 years ago.
AFTER: The newly refurbished conference room. The carpet and table were replaced with a large boat shaped conference table and new chairs. We also installed mechanical solar shade on the window and put in a new ceiling mounted projection screen.
BEFORE: The old kitchen area.
AFTER: Brand new cabinetry, back splash and appliances were put in.
BEFORE: The old restrooms.
AFTER: The restrooms had new tile and laminate partitions installed, as well as new plumbing and glass vessel sinks mounted atop a quartz countertop.
BEFORE: The executive assistants were jumbled about in clutter cubicles. They wanted an executive area that was appropriate to accept clients and hold meetings.
AFTER: The custom workstations were built by Creative Wood based on detail drawings provided by our firm.
AFTER: Collaborative work spaces were fit in the middle of the area.
AFTER: New custom made workstations were constructed for each assistant. The executive offices surrounded the perimeter of the space. Each work station had privacy panels made of decorative resin installed on them. The existing wood trim as cleaned up, and new tile, carpet and ceiling grid were installed.
