Adidas Rod Laver Color-Up Project - Again, a personal project I worked on back in 2008. I've always loved the classic look of the Rod Laver. I would love to get a pair that actually fit my size 15 feet. Anyway, I wanted to come up with a set of Lavers that were polar-opposites of one another. I tried representing both the classic-legendary tradition of the shoe as well as one that takes on the urban-skate-boutique feel. This piece shows my process as well as the inspiration I drew from while I was working on this sneaker duo.
