This product redesign was created for an assignment in CMST 325 Image editing in 2012. Although Cole’s Clover Honey just screams for a redesign, I can’t help but respect them for holding onto the retro. Assuming that Cole’s would want to keep the crown, I used a photo of a crown on Shutterstock.com (photo 33626266 named "stock-photo-this-is-golden-crown-for-a-king-33626266.jpg") as a reference. I replaced the lemon yellow with a more golden color that is closer to honey. Although some honey companies use Bees to represent honey on their labels, I feel it is a bad idea using bugs to advertise food. This assignment was for the purpose of proving our mastery of Illustrator’s 3D tools.
