Rebound Rumble Robot
This FIRST robot was designed to play a game reminiscent of basketball. It could autonomously aim and score foam basketballs as well as quickly and effectively score bonus points by lowering and balancing on a bridge. This robot is unique in that it could be controlled entirely using the Kinect motion sensor. This year I was team captain and I served as a programmer, mechanism designer, as well as robot operator at the various competitions in which we entered. This robot won accolades including Excellence in Engineering and the WOW Award.
