A medicine ball with a twist. With a shifting center of sand, the Twist Ballâ„¢ challenges the user to control the moving center of gravity throughout exercises. Soft, neoprene-covered handles allow for double- and single-handed swinging, and can be fitted over an ankle for leg lifts.
The Mat Strap Plus was designed with built-in resistance tubing to use in strength training exercises as well a carry strap for a yoga mat.
