Murray Hill Townhouse - This was a 6 story townhouse gut remodel on the upper east side. The parlor floor was the only floor left untouched. The owner designed this house to be a surgical recovery retreat for his patients. It included 4 patient suites, dining area, living area, kitchen, basement wine storage, and entertaining areas. It was designed with the intent to be resold as a single family residence at some point. *Done under Richard H. Lewis architect. I was responsible for creating as-builts, aiding in putting together the construction document set, and helping with overall design and lighting specifications.

Mercer Street Residence - The project above was a fast track project. The owner wanted to remodel roughly 2000 square feet of private apartment space within his apartment, to be part of the larger space. This entailed removing two kitchens, knocking down walls, and repainting and carpeting all of the spaces. This project was completed, from design through close out, within one month. *Done under MR Architecture + Decor. I was responsible for drawing sets, layout and permitting.
Greenwich Village Residence - architect MR Architecture + Decor - The caption above shows a bedroom with custom cabinetry surrounds. The cabinetry was faced with silver leaf. Every square one sees was individually placed and applied.

Upper East Side Apartment - architect Richard H. Lewis - As with most New York city apartments the master bathroom was anything but. A lengthy process of Co-op Board meetings allowing the extension of the bathroom over a dry space below took months, but in the end we achieved approval and the creating of a legitimate master bathroom.
Sagaponack House addition and renovation - architect Richard H. Lewis - This Sagaponack House addition involved recladding and significant circulation remodeling both to the interior and exterior flow of the house. The end result was a much more honest approach to the existing modernist design, rather than the modernist disguised as Cape Cod antiqued wood exterior that was found upon the start of the project.
