Design Museum Boston | Street Seats Competition
Design Museum Boston invited individuals and groups from around the world to design an iconic bench or ‘street seat’ for the Fort Point Channel in South Boston’s up and coming Innovation District. The Make Stuff Team entered five bench designs with one being selected by a jury to be build and installed alongside the channel. Once completed and revealed to the public, we received the people's choice award. The bench today remains installed on the Gillette campus along the channel.
