North Point Tower
The North Point Tower is a complex consisting of many offices. The central atrium and lower level was in much need of updating. The interior atrium we needed to remove large bulk "boxes" used for storage and old-fashioned lamp posts for a clean, cohesive look. We walls were clad with all the same material and Led lighting was added to create a brighter space along with seating areas for random meetings. The lower level was originally a space to get from the parking garage to the first floor. We updated materials, added a seating along with a small coffee bar where one could grab coffee and muffin before heading to their office.
