These were the bagels I made. The two rows to the left are sesame seed and the ones to the right are plain. In the very back, there are a few poppy seed.
This are pretzels with salt on top.
This is one of the pizzas I made. For this one, we just had to stretch it out with our hands. It has marinara sauce on it with gruyere and asiago cheese with a stuffed crust.
This was the other pizza I made. This one I had to stretch by tossing it in the air. It is a white pizza with fresh mushrooms, fresh broccoli and garlic. There is also a little crushed red pepper on there to add a little heat.
These are pita. We had to roll it out very thin. It was only in the oven for about a minute until it was done since it was so thin.
This is the challah I made. It is a six strand braid and pearl sugar on top.
This is Pan de Mie. It is more commonly known as white bread.
This is my focaccia bread. On it, is gruyere and asiago cheese, red peppers, garlic, oregano, basil, crushed red pepper, and onion.
This is a loaf of whole wheat bread.
This is a classic French Baguette.
