The delicate Petit Four is made from two layers of almond cake, marzipan, a thin glaze of fondant and an elegant filigree made of chocolate to complete it.
The two types of cookies on the plate are Madeline's and Frangipane. Both topped with a light dusting of powdered sugar, the Frangipane contains a small amount of raspberry filling.
This was my final for Cookies and Petit fours. On the tray, you will find petit fours glace, butter cookies, biscotti, macaroons and checkerboard cookies.
These decadent chocolate brownies contain walnuts and are topped with a rich chocolate ganache.
