These are Diplomat Cups. They contain Diplomat cream, which is very similar to pastry cream. In the middle is diced sauteed apples. On top, there is fresh hand whipped whipped cream, a piece of sauteed apple, and a chocolate filigree.
These are the most delicious carrot muffins I had here. On top is cream cheese frosting.
