Strapless cycling helmet
This was my major project for my final year in university, a fully working strapless cycling helmet for everyday use.
A safety helmet designed to remove the discomfort and irritation that at some point everyone has had with cycling helmets.
There are many reasons why children do not like wearing helmets; the biggest reason is the discomfort associated with the chin strap, pinching and friction burns can be common place.
This irritation caused by wearing helmets often leads to children taking helmets off when out of sight of parents or not wearing them at all. Even though they fully understand the risks.
