Since April 2012 up to September 2013 when I left for university I assisted in the coaching of the new girls rugby team to my home rugby club which taught me a lot about leadership and communication to large groups and individuals. Whenever I am back home in Sussex I come and assist where I can.
I row with Bournemouth University Boat Club in my free time and with training 6 days a week I have learnt self discipline and time management. I have been to events such as Henley Royal Regatta and BUCS.
Since the age of 7, rugby has always been a big part of my life and it has taught me valuable skills in teamwork.
