Heavily influenced by the steampunk subculture with neo-victorian overtones the Converse Onyx is a reinvention of the classic Chuck b-ball shoe. It retains the familiar silouhette but adds fresh textile treatments. Cyan inset into the bottom of the sole helps relieve the molded floral graphic. Bright blue detail stitching and suede All Star badging makes this design a keeper.
A 21st century update of an 80's icon. The Converse NeoWeapon concepts carry on the court shoe heritage with chevron, stars, and thick soles, but are now energized with new colorways and bold, graphic design cues that create a new expression for the Converse brand.
