For my arcimboldo project, I chose the image of Bono. The reason I chose him was mainly
because of his sunglasses. The moment i saw his sunglasses, i thought of a popular term, people
are using now “ Deal with it.” people usually use it when they force others deal with the problem. i
think the image of Bono had the mood i wanted, that was why i chose him at the first place. follow
the popular term, i first fill his sunglasses with black, to add the funny feeling for the viewers, then i
copied an image of rose, and pasted on another layer. the reason i did that was because i saw that
the shape of the rose matches Bono’ s mouth, so i decided to use my lasso to cut the rose out from
its background, and use the eraser to get rid of the little parts that i didn’t need, and adjust the
position. i did a lot of similar things, for example, i covered his nose with a banana, i put
heart-shaped chocolate on his sunglasses.
