Thermo CRS: Dimension 4 Flip-Mover - We were asked to create a whole new corporate image for this company and position this company differently in the market place.
This project required a lot of communication between the designers and the in-house engineering team from CRS. We were able to deliver the project in less than 4 months going from initial concepts to final CAD data. We were also responsible for delivering engineering drawings, coordinating molder and mold maker and for creating the prototype.
CFM Majestic: Artificial Fire-Stove - We were given the task of reverse engineering an existing cast-iron stove and turning it into an injection plastic product. The main purpose of this project was to reduce the manufacturing costs.
The whole project turned over in 3 weeks. This included reverse engineering, mechanical design and actual CAD time.
Ski Goggle - Using aggressive, loud and angry as the styling cue. The challenge here was to create a piece of eyewear that would target a specific group of skiers by understanding their lifestyle and the unique fashion trend. This ski goggle is an appropriate solution for extreme sport enthusiasts who are into downhill skiing and snowboarding.
Rotational Palm Sander: ROTO - Conventional palm sanders have a flat and edgy surface which is great for even surfaces but not necessarily appropriate for jobs that involve concave shape surfaces. As the above illustration shows, a flat bed sander will leave sanding marks on the project. The new rotational palm sander ROTO solves this problem. ROTO uses a simple dremel technology that drives the rubber cylinder forward.

- table must be able to nest together
- computer and other electronics must store in a secure position
