PART 3 - Snoop Dogg 2004
In this series, I will be posting my artwork of people suggested to me in the comments. Not only will this help me get better at drawing the human anatomy, it will help me learn more about people around the world.
This weekend we have Snoop Dogg, requested by @solstxr._ (as he appeared in 2004). The embodiment of an icon, its the one and only D-O-Double G. Snoop’s biggest hits as a lead artist during the early years of the 2000’s were “Beautiful” and of course “Drop It Like It’s Hot”. I first heard of Snoop Dogg when he was featured in Katy Perry’s “California Gurls” music video… a decade ago now. His gangsta rap style is iconic and its no wonder he’s also become a meme on the internet. This piece took me 3 hours & 27 minutes to complete.
