Background Competition :
Controversy comes to Sendang Biru area. Fishermen would like to catch the fishes with dynamite and their boats often produced oils, which can cause water pollution and it is threaten those sea animals such as turtles, fishes, crabs, swallows, and etc. Afterwards the Fish Auction can also produce sewage and the Tourists can damaged the environment by littering. All of them are the opposite with Conservation area, which it needs a good quality environment
