In photoshop I changed the exposure and made everything with a red tint. I also used the burn and dodged tool in order to create the streaks of light.

In this video game there is a parallel universe and the only way to escape one world and jump into another is to jump through the beams of light. Each beam leads to a higher level and once you've reached the top you collect the prize: money.
