Eating Utensils

In my first term of my second year, we were tasked with designing a set of new eating utensils. They need to be able to aid or enhance the consumption of food by either moving or shaking the food, without the use of electronics.

"For this project you will design and develop of a set of user-centred eating utensils with the following focus areas:
1) BRIDGING CULTURES
2) SOCIAL WELLBEING
3) HAPPINESS"

I focused on the happiness side of things, because I wanted to design a utensil which was very different and creative, so that the user can gain enjoyment from a new functioning product. It is designed for adults but it also brings families and friends together, when other users want to interact with it at the dinner table. So there is some social wellbeing involved as well.
