Arcade Fire "Neon Bible" Deluxe Package - This was the Deluxe Edition for the Neon Bible release. Besides CD and Book, it came with 2 flip books, the case has a lenticular cover that changes when you move it. Also the CD had a special clear plastic slipcase. Package was designed by Tracey Maurice. The CD Box and book was made by Ross Ellis. Lenticular cover image by Imagio in Montreal, the flip books by Print Craft, and the Clear cd slipcase by AGI. Worked with Arcade Fire's Graphic Designer with deadlines, production, and assembly. Band / Designer made 8 different CD covers to randomly be in each box for shipping to stores. Also made vinyl for this project. CD jackets, booklets, and LP jackets manufactured by Ross Ellis. CD's manufactured and assembled by Cinram. Vinyl made by Rip-V.
The Magnetic Fields '69 love songs' - Oversaw this 6 10-inch LP box set for manufacturing. Worked with Artist, Manager, Designer and Manufacturer in overseeing whole project. 3 10-inch LP jackets, book, vinyl and download card all fitting into a outside box wrap. SCORE! 20 Years Of Merge Records Box Set - Oversaw production of 14 cd box set. Worked with Curator / co-owner of Merge, Design Team, and Special Projects Coordinator by gathering everyone's input and coordinating everyone's deadlines for manufacturing. Project was an ongoing / monthly release schedule for year of 2009. Jackets / Box manufactured by Ross Ellis. Companion Book manufactured by Harper Prints. M. Ward "Hold Time" - This CD package was special because it had a clear plastic wrap outside of the jewel case that had the Artists name, title and little bugs printed on it. It's hard to see as an image on screen. The plastic was a hard plastic made by AGI at the time.
Spoon "ga ga ga ga ga" - Oversaw CD/LP project with artist and graphic designer. Had to get special permission of front cover photo from a gallery in Italy. CD package has a UV Varnish on the digipak and LP jacket. CD booklet is a matte coating.
Spoon "Transference" - Where do I start with the "Behind the Scenes" for this CD/LP production? After many color proofs, looking at the image with 4 different monitor screens, 4 test prints, and having the Digipak manufacturer HALT printing the weekend of Thanksgiving by me speaking to the plant in Montreal and not knowing any French. This was completed, on time, with the band being very happy of the outcome. Whew!
BIg Dipper "Supercluster: The Big Dipper Anthology" - 3-CD set in a 8-panel digipak with a book in one of the pockets. Worked with band and designer on deadlines for this.
She & Him "Volume One" - CD Digipak and LP jacket and Euro Sleeve. Debate for days on whether it is "&" or "and." Zooey finally decided on "&" with much relief. Digipak is manufactured on reverse board with matte coating. Book is printed on uncoated beige colored stock. Printed by Print Craft.
She & Him "Volume Two" - Same package design as "Volume One."
I oversaw all production with these releases making sure management and designer met deadlines to make release date. for both CD and LP.
