For this Persian rug project, I wanted to focus on a unified color palette, and a symmetrical design. I assembled the rug based on key elements featured in most Persian rugs: a medallion (usually a central one), spandrals, a champ, and a border. I focused the design mainly on nature and flowers. The color palette I chose was reds, pinks, whites, and a few accents of green. The rug is also symmetrical both horizontally and vertically.
