A design proposal for a 30 square meters One Bedroom Condo Unit in Quezon City which will be used by the Client's son & two daughters, whom will study in nearby universities like Ateneo De Manila University & UP Diliman. The challenge in this unit was the Client wanted their children to have their own seperate areas for studying, sleeping, closet & storage areas.
