This lounge chair was engineered and prototyped for Jasper. I created the 3D C.A.D. and 2D draftings for manufacturing. The chairs internal frame was designed to be CNC cut ply wood. The outer skin is moulded walnut veneer. The prototype was created using similar processes and moulding tools that would be used for the final manufacturing.
