Gapura Prima Plaza Apartment
Gapura Prima (GP) Plaza was 22 storeys mixed use apartment building and commercial facilities that located on Gatot Subroto St., Jakarta. This building launched by PT. Bella Indah Gapura as the owner and PT. Wika Gedung as general contractor. As quantity surveyor assistant I dealt with architectural component (e.g. wall, floor, ceiling, detail, etc.) volume and schedule. The main problem was to evaluate actual volume and schedule that has been worked and compare it with initial procurement proposal. The client made several change with material specification that greatly impact the construction cost.
