Winston Rocks - 2006 Metrowalk Concert
In 2006, I had the chance to write and direct a rock concert! It was called 'Winston Wings' and it was sponsored by Winston cigarettes. Overall, it was a successful attempt by the brand to avoid the TV advertising ban of cigarettes whilst immediately associating their free-spirited persona with the young & loud crowd.
The event featured several top local rock acts such as Bamboo, The Dawn, Sandwich, Parokya ni Edgar, et al.
