On the official YouTube channel of Smart, we came up up with a series of smartphone-specific videos showing step-by-step instructions to turn off data-intensive connections on their 3G-capable devices in order to prevent unnecessary spending.
The scripts were easy to write. The shoots were single takes. In fact, everything was done quickly and uploaded even faster.
Now, Smart's customer service team can refer customers to the appropriate video--saving time and (hopefully) money on the subscriber's part.
