NEW BABY! this is an exiting time for mom and the goal was to create a unifom, inviting and warm environment for a mom, or potential new mom to shop. I worked closely with Planning & Allocation, Visual and the Merchant team to capture mock-up presentations, approve concepts, and drive delivery of specific products and fixtures to locations within tight deadlines. This included working with the Soft Home team to dress the cribs and walls, work And simultaneously working with the various store layouts to ensure consistency and the best match-ups possible in every scenario. Through my time with infant furniture, I achieved a more efficient process, and launched several successful , high-end furniture collections.
