The basic idea was to make a toothbrush that allows the user not to throw the entire toothbrush when the brush is worned out but just the brush. As it you keep the handle and you buy a new brush... It can also be sticked, thanks to the sucker, on the mirror or any other flat surface in the bathroom.
It's made of transluscent rubber and white pvc.
