The Neo-Gothic Chicago Tribune building built from 1923-25 on North Michigan Avenue is one of the Windy City's most iconic landmarks. When it was converted into multi-million dollar luxury residences in 2018, the sales office requested a sales kit and website that were true reflections the extraordinary nature of the building and the residences themselves. The language was elegant and highly descriptive, the photography breathtaking. A limited edition of 100 hand numbered slipcased books were printed for distribution to top prospects.
