User's Manual Cover - For the cover of this technical manual, I modified the original full-color image to be monochromatic and therefore have a more "technical" feel.
Index Spread - I used the Index palette in InDesign to create this technical's manual index. Because we planned on using this as both printed and electronic, I made the page numbers in the index hyperlinked bookmarks in the PDF so that the user could look something up in the index and then jump to the reference in the book easily.
