Mr Vernandy he is from Banjarmasin South Kalimantan Indonesia. he always been back and forth to Jakarta for business matter every time he came to Jakarta he is always staying at the hotel, then he decide to buy an apartment for staying while he is in Jakarta. so he bought an Apartment with 2 bedroom at Central park. so He said to me he want the apartment to have a hotel feel with warm color easy to maintain,simple and modern the most important he want no hassle for cleaning up when he come to Jakarta.
