AG_Chopsticks - In the past, royalties in the Korean kingdom uses silver(AG) chopsticks to test their food for poison. A pair of silver chopsticks is moulded with chromatic conjugated polymer. When the organic polymer comes into contact with bacteria like E.Coli and salmonella, the proteins within the bacteria will cause it to change colour, hence testing the freshness of their food. My design aims to update a traditional practice with present day technology, and make it relevant for dining in 2015.
