Role: Sr UX & Product Design;
Challenge: Redesign of the AWS Training & Certification website: With the number of new AWS services growing daily, both internal and external users depend on AWS training to help them upskill, launch new careers or help their companies transition to the cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and design direction of digital learning platform.
- Responsible for end to end design of learning products, including contextual inquiry, customer experience journey, mockups, wireframes, IA, clickthrough prototypes and high fidelity graphics.
