After some initial designs a final concept was decided upon and this was used to progress onto card modelling, rendering and producing a prototype.
This image shows some basic card modelling to test the straps, headphone and viewport against the 5th %ile female head form and the 95th %ile male head form.

These renders were then exported to Adobe Photoshop in order to add framework, lighting effect and final effects to add realism such as stitching.

The production of the prototype was executed on a laser cutter then bonded together, wrapped and painted.

This was the final outcome. It is being modelled by a 95th %ile male head on the features that matter for this design.

Spare time towards the end of the project allowed me to produce a high quality instruction manual to go with the working prototype.
