This is my family picture. We had spent all day taking pictures in different locations and the best ones were the ones we took right out in the front yard. The problem was, each picture had an element that I liked but I didn't like any one by itself. As you can see, I used the three pics at the top and merged them to make the family photo. I also removed the driveway, car, and house in the background and and added a stone wall.
A client brought me a photo of his grandmother. it was a wallet sized photo that his baby niece had gotten a hold of. It is hard to see in this scan but there were a lot of cracks going down through her hair and face. I scanned the image in at a very high resolution. They asked to remove the yellowing, scratches and cracks. I was able to print the image as an 8x10 and framed it for the clients mother.
