The new Library is placed in a district that doesent have a lot of public space. The Building tries to give a new option for the people in the neighborhood to study , recreate and have cultural activities in one place. The Library has also an Explerimental Theatre (black Box) , an Auditorium, and classrooms for multiple porpuses. The Urban plaza at the side, invite the people who is passing by to visit the Library.
