Steel Bridge
UC Berkeley Steel Bridge 2006 - As part of a national competition, our school team had to build a twenty foot long steel bridge, which was to be assembled during a timed competition. Rules confined the dimension of each assembly, weight, time, assembly crew size, and length of reach. The bridges are judged by deflection, weight, time of assembly, assembly crew size, and aesthetics.
