Router Wall Platform
Our room's Wi-Fi connection seemed quite mediocre, and though of course there are many factors to this, one suggested reasoning was due to the poor placement of the router, unable to cover the entire room. While my roommate and I tried for a platform on the side of the shelf, no method of non-permanent gluing could hold the weight of the router up. Instead I aimed to hang it on the shelf, ensuring the no force or moment acted on a weak part of the contraption. Hence, this is the design that I got: very simple, very cheap, and hold the router up very well (not sure about the Wi-Fi speed though).
