Portland Opportunities Industrial Center - POIC, a local youth-advocacy and career training organization, selected Harlo Interactive to develop a web presence that would increase awareness of POIC programs and promote community engagement online. The site includes a donation interface and e-mail subscription widget on the home page, as well as a custom blog and content management system. Strong imagery and intuitive navigation contribute to a smooth, aesthetically-pleasing user experience.
