The client wanted to have a lobby with a remarkable design to showcase their real estate assets more memorably. We presented a spacious lobby flanked by feature walls that mimic the stratification of stones. The sculptural counter provides an anchor for the space.
Material selection, proportion of the elements and close coordination with the builder were very important to the realization of this project.
Area: Approx. 2000sqm including other floors
I was involved with the team during Concept Stage. From Schematic to Construction, I handled all the drawings and coordination with the different trades as well as the builder and the client representatives. This was a very detail-intense project because the builder has never made walls like like this with many changes in material.
The client and builder have referred us many times to other potential clients because of how closely and how diligently we worked with them to achieve the client's vision. (completed under SpaceFabrik)
