Before Completion - This photo was taken once the scaffolding was complete. The old cafe lights had to stay - however I feel that they worked well with the temporary industrial concept.
The PopUpShop Open to the Public - Here we can see that the shop is open, customers have arrived and our job as designers is done...

The hangers and changing rooms hang from the scafolding.
During Compleation - This is the shop nearing compleation. We had one day to made it look like a shop rather than an unclear scaffolding structure within a space that clearly used to be a cafe.
During Completion - This space came complete with the old cafe's fridges, counters etc. which we proceeded to hide behind calico, white washed chip-board and corrugated cardboard, this layering of different materials works well for creating different textures that communicate the concept behind the PopUpShop.
Before completion - What was once a cafe space, now with a scaffolding structure - this caused interest to those passing by.
Ready and Waiting for Stock - Here within the space all ready and waiting, the changing rooms, the counter and the empty hangers etc...
During Completion - The hangers and changing rooms have been hung from the scaffolding.
Before Completion - The scaffolding hangs low along with the old cafe lights above and beyond this we can see the exposed ceiling above which ties in well with the industrial concept of the design.

Pop Up Shop Live Project
A first year uni project that went live. Our brief was to creat a pop up shop that would be open for one or two weeks, it would sell t-shirts, our concept was: urban temporary.
